      处理后的船舶压载水对水生系统的潜在毒性是一个比较新的研究内容,其中藻类生长抑制毒性试验作为常用的毒性检验方法具有快速简便、营养级低等特点,但国内现有的藻类毒性标准针对淡水藻类,而国外的毒性标准多采用国外常见藻种,不适于国内处理后压载水毒性检测。为了找到适合国内使用的海水藻类生长抑制毒性试验方法,本文对比研究了镜检计数、吸光度计数以及荧光计数法的差别,并对中肋骨条藻和青岛大扁藻进行了生长抑制毒性研究。结果表明,荧光计数法与吸光度计数法同样具有简单快捷,重复性好的优点,但荧光计数法的测定下限(0.20×104个/mL)低于吸光度计数法的测定下限(1.56×104个/mL),更值得在检验方法中推广应用。以氯化锌为标准毒物的藻类生长抑制实验表明,中肋骨条藻比青岛大扁藻更为敏感,更适合作为处理后压载水藻类生长抑制毒性的受试物种。
英文摘要:
      The potential toxicity of treated ballast water to aquatic system is a new research content in our country. Algal growth inhibition with a feature of fast, convenient and low trophic level is widely applied in ecotoxicity tests. However, national standard is only suitable for fresh test organism, and indigenous test species is used in foreign standard which is not suitable to apply in Chinese environment. The object of this study is to find a proper marine test organism that is used in algal growth inhibition tests. Three algae counting methods including microscope counting, spectrophotometry and fluorescence counting were investigated. Both spectrophotometry and fluorescence counting were faster and better repeatability compared to microscope counting. In addition, the limit of detection of fluorescence counting (i.e., 0.20×104 cells/mL) was lower than that of spectrophotometry (i.e., 1.56×104 cells/mL), which was more suitable in real application. Skeletonema costatum was more sensitive than Platymonas helgolandica during algal growth inhibition tests using zinc chloride as test substance. Therefore, Skeletonema costatum is more suitable for testing the toxicity of treated ship’s ballast water.
